Pinky's Up Afternoon Tea brings a little of England to downtown Clarksville. Inspired by the authentic Afternoon Tea cafes visited in England and Wales by the owners Amber and Serveen, Pinky's Up strives to provide a unique tea time experience. Mixing a bit of England (where co-owner Serveen was born) with a bit of America, our unique and filling Afternoon Tea, Brunch, and High Tea Menus are sure to please. In addition to providing an English tea experience, guests can enjoy full plate food options as well as several fun and cute cocktails to go along with the cute and fun restaurant.

** K.A. - I went with my niece but I could go alone in a heart beat. The atmosphere is made where it fits adults and children.
